How to Make Whipped Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Folgers Instant Coffee Granules
  • 2 tbsp Hot Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 cups Milk We use Califia Farm Protein Oatmilk or Homemade Cashew Milk
  • 1 cup Ice

Method
 

  1. Heat a cup of water to boiling hot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp instant coffee, and 2 tbsp of the hot water.
  3. Beat the ingredients together using a hand mixer 1-5 minutes, waiting for the mixture to turn into a fluffy consistency. You can use a whisk, but it may take 15-20 minutes to get to the desired thickness.
  4. Pour one to two cups of milk over ice in a glass.
  5. Use a spoon or spatula to add the whipped coffee to the top of the iced milk! Snap a photo to share and then stir together and enjoy!!!
