Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13″ baking dish or Pyrex dish with butter or cooking spray. On a work surface, roll out the crescent dough and seal the perforations together by pinching with your fingers.
Add a layer of ham, and then a layer of Swiss cheese on top of the dough. Then begin to roll from the long side of the dough.
Pinch the ends together and place the roll with the seam side down. Cut into 12 pieces.
Place your ham cheese rollups in a baking dish, allowing space inbetween.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, herbs de provence, mustard, shallots and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle the sauce over each ham cheese rollup.
Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes (depending on how well done you like them) until the dough is firm and browned. Enjoy!
