Chocolate Chip Banana Berry Spelt Pancakes
Chocolate chip banana berry spelt pancakes are made with spelt flour, almond milk and a ripe banana. Add your favorite toppings such as nuts, berries, whip cream or syrup and you have a delicious breakfast treat! Healthy organic pancakes that even your kids will love!

  1. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, no need to over mix.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
  3. Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture into a hot pan. Two to a pan works great!
  4. Cook on medium to low heat and watch for bubbles to start forming. When one side turns a little golden brown, flip to other side.
  5. Spray the pan and repeat with batter. Warm an oven on low or heat to 200 degrees and then turn off and keep the pancakes on a heat resistant plate in the warm oven.
  6. Layer the pancakes with fruit, nuts, whipcream, or syrup… whatever your heart desires 🙂 and enjoy!
